About Me

With 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I specialize in helping adults overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use challenges. I believe that therapy is a collaborative, empowering process where you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide guidance, tools, and support as we work together helping you achieve your goals. I take a client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused approach to therapy and am committed to helping you recognize and build upon your inner resources. My goal is to help you create lasting change and find an empowering and sustainable path to healing.
I use evidence based approaches that include EMDR, the Flash technique, CBT, ACT, CPT for PTSD, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. This integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and strengths. I am truly passionate about helping you feel more balanced, empowered, and fulfilled in life.
I believe healing is not just about addressing the symptoms you may be struggling with but also understanding the deeper aspects of who you are as a whole person. We will focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, validated, and understood. My licensure is based in New Hampshire and I offer therapy to clients across the state.
