About Me
I have been providing psychotherapy to tweens, teens, and adults for almost 20 years. My aim is to create a warm and nurturing space where clients feel safe to explore difficult themes in their lives. I enjoy working collaboratively and from an insight oriented perspective so that clients can find relief from past negative patterns and traumas. I have completed trainings in CBT, DBT, Somatic Processing, and EMDR.
