About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than eight years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with people of all ages in a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, residential treatment, in-home counseling, and telehealth counseling. I am trained in EMDR for the treatment of trauma, as well as many other mental health and psychosocial challenges such as depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about supporting my clients in navigating transitions in life, whether that means starting college, making a career change, having a child, or taking the next step in a relationship. I use an eclectic approach including therapy techniques such as EMDR, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and attachment-based therapy. I specialize in treatment of PMADs (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders), as well as treatment of trauma disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and adjustment challenges that come with new stages of life. We'll work together to determine the best type of treatment based on your specific needs and preferences. Above all, I emphasize a collaborative, inclusive, and non-judgmental approach. As a clinician, my priority is YOUR empowerment, choice, and safety. I am here to support you to process and heal at your own pace. I look forward to hearing your story!
