About Me

Do you struggle with saying “no” to people despite feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and anxious? Do you find yourself going above and beyond, but not feeling fully fulfilled? Are you finding yourself chasing perfection, yet constantly feeling “not good enough”? I help people like you build self-confidence, create healthy boundaries, and learn how to navigate the tricky parts of relationships. I draw from a variety of approaches to understand the root of where your unhelpful cycles and limiting beliefs come from, and move toward the meaningful and lasting change you’ve been wanting.

Education & Experience

I have my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree, and am trained in EMDR, IFS, ACT, and AEDP. I am trauma informed and person-centred in my practice...What this really means is I draw from a lot of different theories and methods to tailor an approach that'll fit your unique goals.
