About Me
I create a safe space of attuned therapeutic support to explore the depths of unresolved places. I am a passionate learner and teacher, focusing on empowering clients with deeper understanding to live a vibrant and fulfilling life with meaningful interpersonal relationships. As an adoptive parent who is familiar with adoption trauma, grief, and loss, I am able to empathically come alongside adoptive families and adoptees with steadfast support and compassionate care. My background in education and passion for life-long learning offers clients a relational approach to psychoeducation and neuroscience. As a pastor’s wife and mother of four children (who are now an older adolescent and young adults) and an adoptive mom, I am able to offer insight and help from both my life experience and professional training. For those who have been wounded by the church, I create a safe space where they can explore religious and spiritual abuse and trauma without judgment. I also have a mental health podcast, with my oldest son and a dear friend, to give accessible support to clients between sessions and for those who are interested in a community and finding connection with others who are learning how to be a healthy human on the planet.
