About Me
I am a psychotherapist who is passionate about helping others foster healthy relationships with themselves and each other through therapeutic trauma work and inner exploration. I believe that in self-awareness and living our lives with intention, we can break negative generational patterns and create peaceful homes for ourselves and our families. In the safety of this space of kindness, respect, and acceptance, all who reside in it can relax, rejuvenate, and express themselves authentically. From a peaceful home, partners, parents, children, and extended family and friends can grow together in a lifelong dance of reciprocity and connection. I believe that in the safety and trust of the therapeutic relationship, clients can gain the support and connection with themselves to heal from trauma and create peace and harmony in their lives and relationships. By nurturing self-awareness, learning and utilizing emotional regulation tools and strategies, and practicing self-care, clients can heal from multigenerational wounds and trauma so they can manage the demands and stresses in their lives in healthy and constructive ways.
