About Me
Are you exhausted from navigating infertility, miscarriage, or loss? Are you grieving a pregnancy no one else seems to understand? Do pregnancy announcements or IVF visits feel like a punch to the gut? You are not alone. I specialize in fertility trauma, infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, and reproductive grief. I help adults process the emotional impact of IVF, failed cycles, recurrent loss, and the ongoing stress of trying to conceive. These experiences can lead to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, relationship strain, and a deep sense of isolation. Therapy is a space where your grief and story are held with care.
I primarily use EMDR, a trauma therapy, to help process fertility trauma and painful reproductive experiences so they feel less overwhelming and triggering. I integrate motivational interviewing, DBT, and mindfulness strategies to improve emotional regulation and resilience during your fertility journey.
I have navigated my own fertility challenges. While every story is unique, I bring both professional expertise and deep empathy into my work, honoring how heavy and personal these losses can be. You don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard and empowered as you heal and move forward at your own pace.
