About Me
Dr. Justina Dillon is a licensed clinical psychologist and an EMDR therapist in New York, the United Kingdom, and Lithuania. In addition to treating trauma and PTSD, she helps people who suffer from addiction, depression, and anxiety. In 2020, Justina founded InnerWeave Psychology in New York where she and her dedicated team offer individual and group therapy in person and virtually. She is committed to helping people overcome emotional pain and her approach is highly collaborative and involves drawing upon an extensive tool kit of evidence-based techniques to provide immediate relief, while also addressing the roots of the issues over time. Trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use can disrupt lives, making seemingly simple everyday tasks effortful. She believes that everyone deserves a chance at building a more fulfilling life. To that end, Justina tailors treatment to each individual’s needs. Her personal style is warm and gentle, and she is an active and engaged therapist.
