About Me
I love working with folks who deal with guilt and tend to internalize or self-blame for hardship in their lives, or tend to take too much responsibility. I use EMDR and IFS (parts work) together and have seen clients flourish as they develop self-compassion and set healthy boundaries in their lives.
Education & Experience
I hold a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Corban University, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in the field sine 2016 and opened up my private practice in 2022.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I am a member of ORCA and local community networks of consultation.
