I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist with a specialization in eating disorders and sexual trauma. I have worked with many clients to understand how their past experiences impact their relationships with food and create a future where they feel more connected to themselves and others around them.
Education & Experience
I have a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College in history and applied psychology. My Master’s degree is from the George Washington University in clinical mental health counseling. I have been a licensed therapist since 2019, working at an eating disorder treatment center and a group practice before starting my own practice, Growth & Healing LLC.
