We are all just walking each other home. While I bring a deep love/nerdiness for how we become us, you know you best. Helping you to return to the safety of self, feel relief, embrace vulnerability, find your agency, trust yourself/your authentic voice, and heal is my passion. I’m also a late diagnosed ADHD’er. I can help with Trauma, Anxiety, and ADHD - working primarily with women, non-binary and neurodivergent adults through a systemic, culturally affirmative, anti-oppressive lens. I'm a trauma-informed, sex-positive, body neutral/positive therapist, licensed in Missouri and Kansas. Are you ready to come home to you? Let's go. I am certified in Somatic/Attachment EMDR and interweave parts work (IFS and Ego States), among other modalities, depending on your needs.
