Karah Logan, LICSW
About Me
Welcome! I provide trauma-informed treatment for children and adults seeking to recover from traumatic events, stressful situations or life changes, and other challenging dynamics. I frequently work with first responders, military members and veterans, immigrants, parents and caregivers, healthcare professionals, and other roles involving chronic stress.
My approach integrates EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with a focus on developing clarity, purpose, and hope. Professional and life experiences—including past work as a state police dispatcher, domestic violence advocate, and substance use counselor, as well as being a homeschooling parent—offer a personal perspective on the dynamics and culture unique to these experiences.
Guided by my Catholic faith, I aim to help clients find healing, with faith-informed therapy available for those who prefer it. Individuals from other religious, spiritual, or secular backgrounds are equally welcome, including those affected by religious trauma. Treatment is guided by your goals, values, and evidence-based care, supporting clients to draw strength from their own faith and values while building confidence to navigate difficult seasons toward a life of hope, peace, and fulfillment.
