About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Specialist with 24 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults of all ages. Life presents continuous challenges and I believe everyone deserves peace of mind and freedom from painful thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Using an integrative approach, I will partner with you to to identify and prioritize your concerns. Together we will build an individualized course of treatment that will help you reach your goals and start living the life you want. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed and strengths based. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions and addiction/recovery. I believe mental health is part of whole health and I utilize EMDR, CBT, SFBT, mindfulness and other holistic tools to help you get back to feeling your best. To reduce barriers to care, I offer services in- office, through telehealth or through a combination of both. For individuals who find movement to be helpful, I provide walking sessions on the beach, in parks or other private community locations. We’ll work together to find the right option for you. I accept most United HC and Aetna plans. Self Pay Rate is $150/53 min and $200/90 min.
