Karen Geren

Education & Experience

Karen Geren received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purdue University and her Master of Social Work degree in Mental Health and Management from Washington University. She is currently licensed as a Clinical Social Worker by the state of Missouri. Karen has over fifteen years of experience treating adults and adolescents with serious and persistent mental illness as well as specialized experience treating various psychological issues. She has been involved in program development and therapy practices with several mental health facilities including: inpatient unit with Wabash Valley Psychiatric Hospital, partial hospital program and case management with the Lafayette Clubhouse, intensive outpatient and transition programs for eating disorders with McCallum Place, and individual therapy with Counseling Works.
