About Me

Hi! My name is Karen L. Kennedy and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. One size does not always fit all, so I utilize an integrative style. Life sometimes comes with "hats" we did not choose but we certainly have a choice in how we feel, think, and respond! As a Certified EMDR clinician, with Trauma -Informed Care approach, together we will personally tailor a good fit with stitching in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques interfaced with Unconditional Positive regard. With EMDR techniques, let’s clear out your old hat boxes, some that you may have even forgotten were hidden away. It is my personal mission statement to maintain order, balance, and boundaries in life. I enjoy helping others identify and create their personal unique order and finding the hat that works for them!
