About Me

As a therapist with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents & adults, and the owner of North Andover Counseling, I bring a non-judgmental and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I believe in a strengths-based, collaborative path where a person can feel safe to be present in the therapeutic process. As an EMDR trained therapist, a healthcare professional and national leader, previous Director of Emergency Services throughout the Northeast and Guardian Ad Litem in the Mass courts, I continue to help those who have experienced trauma, stress and depression to achieve healing.
