About Me
Over my 20 years of experience, I have come to appreciate that psychotherapy works because of the relationship that develops between the therapist and client. I have found EMDR integrates well with my holistic, client-centered, collaborative style. I find it revolutionary in how it relieves suffering. I am passionate about upholding human dignity and find EMDR very empowering for those who come to me for help.
Education & Experience
First, I trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy through a clinical residency. Later, I trained in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy (CBT) at mental health clinics and facilities. Along the way, I was ordained and then became a spiritually-integrated psychotherapist (SIP) I am also an authorized SIP trainer. After nearly 30 years, the holistic view remains central to my work.

I serve as the team leader for an all-volunteer remote support service called RUACH: Emotional and Spiritual Support EMDRIA NASW NYSMHCA ACPE-SIP Neshamah: Jewish Chaplaincy Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association
