About Me
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief during life transitions. Most of my clients have attachment and developmental difficulties that underscore their current difficulties. Given my background in chaplaincy, I remain dedicated to assisting with people who have experienced medical trauma and chronic illness. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor uniquely qualified and sensitive to diverse cultures, values, religious or spiritual orientations.. I am exceedingly client-centered and value the individuality and dignity of each client. I welcome prospective clients to reach out and discuss their particular concerns with me.
Education & Experience
First, I trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy through a clinical residency. Later, I trained in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy (CBT) at mental health clinics and facilities. Along the way, I was ordained, worked as a chaplain and soon became a spiritually-integrated psychotherapist (SIP) I am also an authorized SIP trainer.
