About Me
I am a Registered Social Worker at the Stress Reduction Centre and hospital setting for over a decade, supporting adults, and couples (in Ontario) in understanding how stress and life experiences impact the nervous system, emotions, and relationships. My approach is grounded in mindfulness-based stress reduction, attachment-informed care, and practical skill-building to support regulation, resilience, and meaningful change.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Services and have over a decade of experience across hospital, community, and private practice settings. My clinical work integrates EFT, CBT, DBT, and structured return-to-work and functional recovery planning. I have completed advanced trauma-focused training, including specialized education advanced EMDR approaches for complex PTSD, dissociation, and developmental trauma, and the Flash Technique, with an emphasis on safety, stabilization, and paced trauma processing. I practice in Ontario and Québec and offer services in English and French, both telephone and online.

My background includes clinical work in adult mental health, concurrent disorders, addictions, return-to-work planning, and crisis intervention.
