About Me
LGBTQ+, trauma, religious trauma, these are my passions. I'm nonbinary, white, anti-racist, neurodivergent, poly, kink, and Aro-Ace affirming. I use humanistic, person centered approaches for EMDR and talk therapy. I see all clients online and EMDR has worked very well for my clients! EMDR is my passion, I have seen it work firsthand with clients and myself! I enjoy helping people recover from painful experiences, deal with life stress, and take control of their lives. We will take steps together to help you move toward your ideal self by focusing on your healing, goals, dreams, passions, fears, and unique qualities. Therapy is personal and beautiful and can bring up difficult feelings. We will work to help you feel safe and develop skills to deal with these intense emotions. I only work with adult individuals at this time.
Education & Experience
I have my Master of Arts in Educational and Clinical Counselor, LPCC and I'm licensed in California, Oregon and Wisconsin. I have my own private practice and love working with individuals! My connection with my clients drives me to work with people. I want to know who you are, even if you don’t fully understand that yet. My core values in therapy include authenticity, empathy, safety, professionalism, and growth. I disclose parts of me that help clients feel comfortable with themselves and know they are in a safe, non-judgmental space.
