About Me
I work with adults, families, adolescents and elementary-aged children. I also provide supervision for pre-licensed therapists. I offer in person sessions in Chambersburg, PA. My style of therapy is trauma-focused but is guided by you and your goals. Clients tell me I am easy to talk with and seem relaxed during conversation. It is important to me that you feel comfortable, liked, and valued. I believe that every person is the expert about themselves. I also believe that you already have everything you need to succeed. Our job together is to locate and hone your skills. I work with a variety of challenges and diagnoses and I specialize in trauma and bereavement. This includes survivors of physical, sexual, religious, and relational trauma as well as suicide death and complicated grief. I utilize EMDR. I work with you to slowly and safely process what feels stuck in your mind without you feeling overwhelming stress or fear.
