Education & Experience

I earned my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I love my job as a therapist and fostering authentic relationships with others. I enjoy working with college students, young adults, adults, and seniors. I have experience working with those who suffer with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and spirituality concerns. I also have extensive experience using EMDR to alleviate the intensity of memories and triggers from unwanted sexual contact, physical and emotional abuse, events that have led to family estrangement, loss of a loved one to suicide, pregnancy and infant loss, car accidents, dog bites, and phobias. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to reach out for support. You are one step closer to living the life you want to live.
