About Me
Hey there, I'm Kate! I'm so glad you're here; asking for help can be so hard. I know life can be challenging, stressful, and even traumatic. That's why I'd love to partner with you in finding healing and safety in a nonjudgmental space. I'm very passionate at working with those who have experienced childhood trauma, neglect, abuse, sexual trauma, anxiety/panic attacks, relationship stress, stressful life transitions, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder. I primarily work with adults to help them create meaningful and authentic relationships with themselves to become self led and confident.
