About Me
Hey there, I'm Kate! I'm so glad you're here; asking for help can be so hard. I know life can be challenging, stressful, and even traumatic. That's why I'd love to partner with you in finding healing and safety in a nonjudgmental space. I'm very passionate at working with those who have experienced childhood trauma, neglect, abuse, sexual trauma, relationship stress, stressful life transitions, and women who have been diagnosed with ADHD after childhood. I help older adolescents, their parents, and adults create meaningful and authentic relationships with themselves to become self led and confident.
