About Me

Welcome! I'm passionate about developing authentic therapeutic alliances with folks pursuing recovery from anxiety, PTSD, and complex trauma. I completed basic EMDR training in 2022 and an advanced EMDR training in unresolved attachment trauma in 2024. I was certified in working with people affected by narcissistic abuse in 2024 and have completed 90+ hours of related trainings with facilitators such as Dr. Ramani Durvasula, Dr. Nancy McWilliams, and Drs. Carrie and Don Cole with The Gottman Institute.

Pathological narcissism can be characterized by impairments in identity, goal-setting, empathy, and intimacy (as seen in the Alternative DSM 5 Model of Personality Disorders). Narcissistic traits are often associated with unstable and vulnerable self-esteem, with efforts to regulate and compensate through antagonistic expressions of grandiosity (overt or covert) and attention-seeking behaviors. These impairments can lead to harmful relational patterns such as deception, manipulation, callousness, and instability, including phases of idealization and devaluation. This recovery work is founded upon understanding these unique dynamics & healing from the fallout: the walking on eggshells, confusion, self-blame, shame, grief, and self-abandonment.

My approach to therapy is humanistic and strengths-based. I strive to be a supportive, nonjudgmental ally and collaborator in clients' therapy journeys. I enjoy walking this walk with people and hope you’ll feel seen, understood, validated, and empowered as you work towards post-traumatic growth and resiliency.

I currently offer telehealth therapy sessions to clients located in Pennsylvania.
