I believe we all possess an intrinsic capacity for healing and growth. At times, that capacity becomes obscured, and we need guidance to reconnect with ourselves. I work with people who seek to move beyond internal barriers and patterns that are resulting in frustration, stagnation, or deeper distress, and who are ready to unlock meaningful, lasting transformation. My role is to help you access and trust your inner clarity as you move toward the version of yourself you want to become. It is a privilege to partner with clients as they navigate complex challenges and cultivate lives defined by purpose, connection, and fulfillment.

My approach integrates a range of therapeutic and strategic modalities to create a grounded, confidential space for deep work. Together, we may process past wounds and trauma, examine and restructure limiting subconscious beliefs, and accelerate your movement toward greater alignment and self-actualization.

This work often includes EMDR, somatic approaches, parts work, and journey integration. Not everyone is ready to engage in deep healing and personal transformation.
