About Me
I am a Queer-identified therapist with over 20 years of experience working with diverse LGBTQ+ identified individuals. With a background in LGBTQ+ public health, I am sensitive to the challenges and stressors that come with living outside cisgender/hetero norms. I also work to address internalized Ism's (racism, sexism, ableism, etc.) that undermine personal and community wellness. My style is warm, active, and authentic. I welcome laughter and questions in therapy. I tend to be a good fit for people looking to address trauma, core negative beliefs, or taking a big step in life - like becoming a parent or starting social or physical transition.
