About Me

I am a licensed psychologist and EMDR-trained therapist providing psychotherapy, psychological evaluation, and consultation for adolescents and adults in New Hampshire. My approach is relational, integrative, and grounded in humanistic-existential principles, emphasizing authenticity, self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful connection. I believe healing occurs when people feel understood, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their own strengths, values, and sense of purpose.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, identity development, and neurodivergence. Through EMDR therapy and other experiential, neuroscience-informed approaches, I help clients process difficult experiences while developing greater self-trust, flexibility, and engagement in their lives. I strive to create a thoughtful, collaborative therapeutic relationship where healing can occur at a pace that feels both safe and meaningful.
