About Me
I have my Master’s in Counseling from St. Louis University, and am a fully Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My husband and I recently welcomed our first baby! Navigating parenthood has definitely been a wild ride! We live in Indianapolis with our two dogs and I enjoy traveling, watching movies, spending time with family and friends, reading, and listening to podcasts. Recommendations are welcome! I look forward to working with you.
Education & Experience
I received my Master's in Counseling from St. Louis University in 2017, and finished my training in EMDR in 2021. I have worked in community mental health and private practice settings, and enjoy working with people trying to heal from trauma, toxic relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, and overall looking to better their lives!
