About Me
I offer in-person and virtual appointments. More than 30 years of experience, I am a member of The Menopause Society and work with women and their families through the stages and challenges of menopause. I want to help you realize your strengths and use them to guide you to a healthier and happier life. I use a variety of modalities in addition to EMDR, CBT, Polyvagal theory SSP, Somatic therapy and IFS informed.
Education & Experience
I have a Bachelor's degree from Fordham University, a Master's degree from Boston College and an Advanced Degree from Assumption College. I have over 20 years of counseling experience in a multitude of settings including public schools, private practice and community agencies.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I am a member of the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association. The Menopause Society. Certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol created and taught by the founder of Polyvagal theory.
