Mrs. Kathryn Lay, LMHC
About Me
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida who loves helping people heal from trauma and reconnect with their sense of self. I use EMDR alongside TF‑CBT, TBRI, and DBT to create individualized, strengths‑based treatment that meets clients exactly where they are.
I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and human. Whether someone is processing long‑standing trauma or navigating a difficult chapter, I work to create a space where they can breathe, explore, and grow at their own pace. My approach blends clinical expertise with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine respect for each person’s story.
