About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania specializing in trauma, anxiety, and OCD. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in the therapeutic process.
I integrate EMDR therapy with approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs. I particularly enjoy helping clients understand the connection between past experiences, present-day patterns, and the beliefs they have developed about themselves along the way.
I am EMDR basic trained and currently working toward EMDRIA Certification.
