EMDR Certified Therapist

About Me

I work with adults who struggle with mental health disorders and guide them to become more of who they want to be. During sessions, I offer a range of therapeutic modalities with many people selecting the use of EMDR. With EMDR, many people can reprocess old memories and begin to see different perspectives for these memories. The new perspectives help them to see the resilience in themselves that helped them to overcome the situation, which allows them freedom from the weight of the uncomfortable emotions linked with their original perspectives. I believe in people's ability to heal and change. I encourage people to reprocess the past and use their past as a tool for becoming who they believe they were created to be. I have a nurturing and encouraging style that helps people to feel safe and push themselves toward the next steps in their journeys. My nurturing and encouraging style might help you to take the next steps toward becoming the person that you were created to be.
