About Me

The ideal person to meet with me is somebody who struggles with trauma and is struggling to overcome the wounds left by the trauma. People struggling with trauma can be people struggling with symptoms from PTSD or developmental traumas. PTSD typically includes people who have experienced or witnessed deadly events or sexual trauma. People with developmental trauma include people who did not experience an organized and loving attachment with their caregivers while they were growing up. In therapy, we work together to identify interventions that meet their specific needs. My goal when working with people is to help them heal and overcome wounds to help them become the people they were created to be. I believe in people's ability to change and heal and use a wide range of interventions, including neurofeedback, EMDR, CBT, and DBT. My nurturing and encouraging style might help you take the next steps toward becoming the person you were created to be. Please email me to learn if I am the right person to guide you toward healing.
