About Me

I'm an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist. EMDR is my primary modality and I work with a wide variety of clients. I have extensive experience treating CPTSD and PTSD.

Education & Experience

I opened my private practice in 2023 and worked as a School Based Mental Health counselor before that at a school serving neurodivergent youth. I'm EMDRIA certified, I have a Master of Education degree from Seattle Pacific University in School Counseling, and a Master of Arts degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Washington.
