About Me

I am a 43-year-old Hispanic woman, wife, and proud mom of two boys. My husband and I have been married for 16 years. I grew up in the heart of Santa Ana, California, later moved to Corona, and now call the beautiful state of Montana home.

I earned my graduate degree from California State University, Long Beach, and have built my career serving individuals and families across a variety of settings. I worked for Los Angeles County for five years as a field-based psychiatric social worker, providing in-home mental health services. My professional experience also includes working as a hospital medical social worker, a dialysis social worker, a postpartum therapist for Orange County, and a therapist at Kaiser Permanente. I now own a Group Practice in Corona, Anaheim and Montana. These experiences have strengthened my passion for helping people navigate life's challenges with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care.

Outside of work, I enjoy lifting weights, exploring fashion, and hiking Montana's beautiful trails. As a true extrovert, I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and creating a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

My passion for EMDR therapy began with my own healing journey. After experiencing the transformative impact of EMDR firsthand, I saw how it reshaped my thoughts, helped me process past trauma, and changed the way I experienced the world. That experience inspired me to pursue specialized EMDR training so I could help others experience the same hope and healing. Today, I am EMDR trained, working toward certification, and continuing my journey to become an EMDR consultant.

I believe healing is possible for everyone. My goal is to help clients move beyond surviving, rediscover their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
