About Me

I’m Katrina Kaiser, MSW, RSW, RCC, a trauma-focused therapist supporting adults, children, and families to reclaim safety, connection, and strength. Relationships — with ourselves and others — are at the heart of my work, and I create compassionate, brave spaces where clients can explore their experiences, confront difficult emotions, and rediscover their strengths.

I work collaboratively with adults, children, youth, parents, and families to navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, attachment wounds, and relationship difficulties. I also have a growing passion for supporting neurodivergent clients — especially those navigating ADHD.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s needs. I draw on evidence-based methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Parts Work, and biofeedback through HeartMath, alongside attachment-focused and somatic interventions to support emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting change.

I believe healing emerges through warm, supportive therapeutic relationships grounded in curiosity, empathy, and respect. One of my greatest joys in this work is witnessing clients experience relief — especially when past trauma no longer holds the power it once did.
