About Me
I am a multi-ethnic, clinical psychologist and Life Purpose Coach. I have a unique perspective because I previously found myself going through my own healing journey: to look deep within, to love myself and others, and to change my entire life. I truly mean it when I say: I understand your pain and curiosity. But I also knew I wanted to live a life that was different and turn my pain into a new strength filled with joy and love. I began my journey of self-love and self-care through therapy. And as I turned my pain into a passion, I discovered: a love for listening to those in struggle, especially women experiencing generational trauma, and providing them with tools to help them heal and THRIVE. I have worked with many people including veterans, women, men, and teenagers, and spent more than 15,000 hours supporting people in their healing. I found that the key was learning to understand ourselves — our bodies, minds, and spirits, so we can let go of our fears and THRIVE.
