About Me

You might be feeling caught in a cycle you can’t seem to break—whether that’s compulsive sexual behavior, pornography use, or the deep pain of betrayal in a relationship. Maybe trust has been shattered, leaving you questioning your worth, your reality, or your future. You may feel stuck between wanting relief and not knowing where to start, or worried that no one will truly understand. Reaching out for help in these areas can feel intimidating—but you don’t have to navigate this alone. I have worked in a variety of settings to include hospitals, community mental health, outdoor experiential learning retreats and private practice. This has given me a background in working with people from diverse backgrounds and exposure to the many factors impacting mental health. I approach sessions with collaboration in mind to explore strengths and needs while maintaining your agency and goals. I utilize techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, recovery work, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing when necessary. Together we'll work to build your skills to maintain healthy self love, healthy love and engagement with others, and a fulfilling life.
