About Me
I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, and challenging life transitions using compassionate, evidence-based care. I bring an easy-going, non-judgmental, and caring approach to sessions. I aim to create a safe and comfortable space for clients to share. I am deeply passionate about my work and find it is an honor to walk alongside my clients in their worst and best times in life. I am genuinely excited to help clients learn more about themselves and ultimately reach their personal goals.
Education & Experience
I got my bachelors and masters in Clinical Social Work at Azusa Pacific University. I have worked as a therapist in different settings for over 10 years. I have worked in psychiatric hospital settings alongside psychiatrists, I have worked with individuals with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses. I have worked with a variety of people with various concerns and needs. I create personalized treatment plans for all of my clients and have the flexibility to adjust as we go. I specialize in working with individuals with complex trauma and PTSD. I can provide EMDR therapy which is a very powerful tool for healing trauma and overall “stuckness” in life.
