About Me
Having grown up in a multi-racial family and being adopted from birth laid the foundation for a lifelong curiosity in what makes us who we are!
My clients often have ADHD, are queer or queer-allied, high EQ men, and more spiritual than religious. They often question themselves and struggle to take action amidst overwhelm. I help by getting to the root, understand and address negative self beliefs acquired from trauma, and help people get past avoidance and clarify values to live the life they imagine where they feel more connected.
Other parts of me: I'm a cat lover, coffee addict, love hip hop, hiking, a mamma to one boy and one girl, and enjoy exploring spirituality through oracle cards and metaphysical offerings like Tarot!
Education & Experience
I've worked in mental health since 2008 and private practice since 2017 when I earned my Master's in Multicultural Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in various settings including hospitals, 90 day residential substance use recovery settings, and providing case management to complete home visits and connect people with resources.
