About Me

I am passionate about helping people understand, accept, and embrace their authentic selves; create healthy and balanced lifestyles; build and maintain healthy and fulfilling relationships; and learn to navigate the problems, obstacles, and painful parts of life. I believe every person deserves mental, emotional, and spiritual peace, and I know the journey to sustainable life satisfaction and fulfillment can be challenging to navigate alone. It is hard work that I believe is well worth it, and I’m ready when you are!
I provide in-person therapy in Milton, Delaware and provide telehealth to clients located in Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Maine, and Vermont.
Education & Experience
I facilitate EMDRIA Approved EMDR Basic Trainings with The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy, working under the mentorship of Deany Laliotis, LICSW.
