About Me
I believe we are all innately born with good intentions and infinite possibilities, and that sometimes life just knocks us off our tracks. Indeed, despite what tragic events occur during our lifetime, we are driven towards resiliency, although this can be where we get stuck. What we used to do, or are doing, doesn't work anymore; we need to find a different way. As a seasoned clinician, I believe we heal through our connectedness with other humans, as well as our own inner strengths, and I would be honored to provide you with a relationship and space that's specifically designed for your healing.
