About Me
Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate, grow, and heal through their life struggles. My clinical experience focuses on treating clients with issues and concerns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional abuse, relationship issues, personality disorders, and life-transitions. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and nonjudgement. My specialties are in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Our first session will be about 50 minutes of assessing for trauma history and other disturbances. We will gather psychological, medical, biological, cultural, occupational, educational history and other relevant information for initial treatment planning.
