About Me
Life is marked by moments of transition—there can be anxiety, uncertainty, or a desire for a deeper understanding of self. Maybe it feels as if you're always adapting, and more is being asked of you each time you finally start to feel settled. Maybe you're struggling with low motivation, anxiety, identity questions, or relationship challenges. You’re not just looking for quick fixes—you want real growth, clarity, and connection with who you are and where you’re going. It may not feel that way right now, but deep inside, you've always held the ability to change. To adapt. To overcome. I approach therapy with human connection and the need to feel heard, and held, as the primary focus. I would love to hear your story, to celebrate your successes and support you through your failures. I want that front row seat to your journey, to help you see that through it all, you've got all that you need to succeed.
