Dr. Keneca Boyce, PhD, LMSW

About Me

I’m Dr. Keneca Boyce, a trauma-informed, EMDR-trained therapist specializing in relational trauma, attachment wounds, emotional neglect, and grief. I work with high-functioning adults, couples, and parents who appear steady and capable on the outside, yet privately feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them.

My work integrates EMDR with somatic resourcing, nervous system regulation, and attachment-focused repair to support safe, paced processing and the restoration of internal stability over time. I place strong emphasis on preparation, containment, and stabilization so that deeper work unfolds with steadiness rather than overwhelm.

My work is particularly supportive for clients navigating intergenerational patterns, cultural expectations, and the quiet weight of being “the responsible one.”

I provide in-depth EMDR care that goes beyond symptom relief to address the root patterns driving relational trauma, mother-wound healing, anxiety, grief, confidence repair, and trauma-informed premarital work. My approach is intentional and steady, supporting clients in developing emotional clarity, self-trust, and sustainable relational change.

I offer telehealth EMDR services to clients licensed within my jurisdictions.
