Welcome to Integrous Counseling LLC! My name is Ken Holt. I am a licensed independent social worker and chemical dependency counselor serving Ohio statewide with secure telehealth video counseling. I also work with a large community mental health practice as a supervising clinician providing integrated health, mental health, and social service care. My specialization is treating general mental health, trauma, substance use, and problem gambling behavior. I am experienced in several treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.
