About Me

As a skilled and experienced LCSW, I provide therapy for adults and first responders. I treat various mental health and trauma disorders using EMDR, CPT, CBT, and MI, among other treatment methods. I also have specialized training in the treatment of first responders and their unique experiences. I assist clients in identifying and reaching their mental health goals so that they can live their best life. I provide supportive and empathetic services for the clients I serve. I am a results-oriented therapist with a kind, empathetic, and direct style.
