About Me

As a skilled and experienced LCSW, I provide therapy for adolescents, adults, and first responders, and couples. I treat various mood and trauma disorders using EMDR, CPT, CBT, and EFT, among other treatment methods. I also have specialized training in the treatment of first responders and their unique experiences. I can assist with life transitions including pre-marital counseling and co-parenting. I assist clients in identifying and reaching their mental health goals so that they can live their best life. I provide supportive and empathetic services for the clients I serve. I also provide clinical supervision for LMSW, MFT, and LAC in the process of obtaining their independent licensure. I am a results-oriented therapist with a kind, empathetic, and direct style.
