About Me
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and client-focused, influenced by attachment theory, psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness. I believe in the power of relational connection in therapy, in telling our stories, and being heard by a non-judgmental, compassionate other. I balance a practical, one-step-at-a-time approach, with the deeper, often more theoretical work of self-discovery. Your needs, goals, and values create the guide to our work together.
I have training and experience providing sensitive care for individuals experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss, and for those choosing or needing to terminate a pregnancy.
