About Me

I earned my Master of Social Work at the University of Washington (graduated 2018), with a concentration in mental health. I am in private practice at Affinity Counseling Service. I offer compassionate therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout and depression. Using evidence-based approaches, I focus on communication and connection in couple's therapy. For individuals, I specialize in trauma, PTSD and anxiety relief. My healthcare journey began in the Pacific Northwest, where I spent time climbing mountains and working as an emergency medical technician. Later, I pursued a bachelor’s degree in nursing (graduated 2006) from Northwest University and gained invaluable experience in a cardiology unit as well as the oncology and intensive care units (ICU). I am also a Board-Certified Registered Nurse Health Coach. My intake teams' phone number is 425 546 1302 available 24/7 to schedule a free 15-minute consult.
