About Me
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in the province of Ontario. I am a former teacher and the mother of two adult children. A 20-year journey with acute and chronic neuropathic pain has provided compassion, empathy, and insight into the complex struggles that many individuals experience. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed space where clients can explore their past experiences and build a foundation for a more fulfilling future. I am an EMDR-trained psychotherapist who believes that a client's memories deserve respect. I am honoured and humbled to witness the human brain's amazing healing properties. I help clients uncover their innate strengths, overcome obstacles, and cultivate a greater sense of resilience and empowerment.
