About Me
Hello! Thank you for stopping in to read my bio. My name is Kessalyn Clark, I am a licensed therapist (LCSW, LAC) currently residing in Helena, Montana. I have been practicing as a Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Therapist with 7 years clinical work experience and 15 years total in this field. Prior to working with individuals, I served children, teens/adolescents and families in inpatient and outpatient settings. While I have always enjoyed working with children, teens and young adults, I have a great deal of experience working with a wide range of populations. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma and abuse, grief, motivation, self-esteem and confidence and even serve court mandated individuals. I have primarily worked in an agency setting but just recently moved into private practice. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s many obstacles and bringing them to a place of optimal functioning and their truest enjoyment of life. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
