About Me

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and have worked with a variety of clinical populations. I believe firmly in meeting clients where they are and honoring the wholeness and multiplicity of each individual. I believe in the counselor as co-pilot: a role of support and assistance in navigating tricky emotional terrain. In session, they work to create a space where you can be your most authentic self. This means bringing all of you, even the parts that feel scared, ashamed, or angry. All parts of you are important and deserve care and attention. They believe that resiliency, healing, and connection can be a part of every client’s story. Casey is passionate about working with clients in a variety of life concerns, including gender-expansive and LGBTIA+ identities, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, ADHD and neurodivergence, and chronic pain and illness.
